What Youll Be Doing
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into a classroom and lead a pre:set lesson. This is not a teaching role, but a crucial one that requires you to:
* Manage the classroom to ensure students are focused and well:behaved.
* Facilitate learning by distributing materials and guiding students through the assigned work.
* Support students by answering questions and keeping them on task.
* Report back to the teaching staff on the progress of the class.
