Hours: 37.5 hours a week- Monday- Friday (5 days per week in Office)
Our client, one of the UK’s leaders in the retail industry, is offering an outstanding employment opportunity to work within their business. The client, who are a large and dynamic company, continue to enjoy sustained growth. As a result of recent growth, we are now embarking on an important recruitment exercise for our client.
The role will be pivotal in driving the performance and growth of the E-Commerce channels through: The E-Commerce Assistant's main responsibility is maintaining high-quality data to effectively present products on the E-Commerce website. We are looking for an individual who possesses strong analytical skills and is self-motivated.
The ideal candidate should also possess the ability to quickly adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Manager to handle product data.
* Have the ability to use spreadsheets and perform lookups, pivot tables and similar functions.
* It is important to swiftly adapt to new technology, including content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools, in order to stay ahead.
* Working closely with the Buying & Merchandising teams to solve product issues.
* Collaborating with representatives from third parties to address any issues with the product.
* Assist the E-commerce Manager in creating website promotions, sales, and merchandising.
* Assisting customer services to resolve any issues with product enquiries.
The Person:
* Have a passion for E-Commerce and E-commerce Technology.
* Have a keen eye for detail and committed to delivering high-quality work.
* Preferable experience with web CMS’ but not essential.
* Having two minds is better than one approach.
* Willing to collaborate with a team but also capable of working independently.
