Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your allocated kitchen section to the highest standards.
* Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes.
* Monitor portion control and minimise waste to maximise efficiency.
* Support stock control and ordering processes.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment is maintained at all times.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as aChef de PartieorDemi Chef de Partie.
* A genuine passion for food, creativity, and culinary excellence.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* Ability to remain calm and precise under pressure.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in professional cookery (desirable).
* Must provide own knives.
