Telco Program Manager - On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
12-month initial contract - with extensions
I am looking for an experienced Telco Program Manager to lead and oversee high-impact telecommunications programs and projects, with a focus on B2B transformation. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing complex, multi-phase initiatives from initiation to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end program delivery across B2B telco initiatives.
* Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
* Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
* Report program progress to senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
* 15–20 years’ experience delivering large-scale telecom programs or projects, ideally in the B2B sector.
* Proven track record in program governance, stakeholder management, and multi-project delivery.
* PgMP or PMP certification required (or equivalent).
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Experience with digital transformation, 5G, or network infrastructure programs is highly desirable.
