My client, a well known institution in Huddersfield are looking for a Part Time IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team! Role & Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support via phone and email, resolving issues remotely. Maintain and support IT equipment, classroom technologies, and software deployments. Manage small IT projects and assist with procurement and system rollouts. Use tools like SCCM and Intune for imaging, updates, and device management. Support staff and students with IT use, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with teams, contribute to planning, and recommend tech improvements. Keep accurate records and ensure equipment security. Perform other duties as needed in line with the role.
