Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced and talented bar manager, to join its client, a reputable hospitality venue in the Exeter area. The successful bar manager will ideally have experience working in a similar bar manager setting, with previous wet sales management.

Bar Manager responsibilities;

* Develop and evolve beverage menu.
* Leading, mentoring and scheduling bar staff.
* Managing inventory, ordering and cost control.
* Upholding the establishments reputation for outstanding guest satisfaction.
