Finance Manager (Permanent) Location: Camberley (Hybrid – remote with occasional office visits)Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing team in a flexible role. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the finance function during a period of transformation and growth. What You’ll Do Weekly:
1. Maintain purchase ledger & produce weekly creditor reports
2. Process Accounts Payable invoices & allocate to projects
3. Update KPI trackers & present at group level
4. Reconcile multiple bank accounts
Monthly:
5. Import sales invoices into Sage 50
6. Deliver P&L & EBITDA insights with variance analysis
7. Run payroll via Sage 50 Payroll (FPS/NEST submissions)
8. Prepare cash flow & sales forecasts
9. Support Group Finance Manager withpany financial reporting
Ad hoc:
10. Provide analytical & financial reporting support
11. Liaise with external accountants
12. Support development of group reporting functions
13. Audit support
What We’re Looking For Strong Sage 50 Accounts & Payroll knowledge Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets Excellent attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines Self starter and strong ability to work independently AAT Level 4 or equivalent experience preferred.
