TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established and expanding law firm, now seeking a Legal Assistant to join their busy Private Client team at their Treorchy office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive team within a firm that is continuing to grow across South Wales.
The Role
You will support the Private Client department in delivering high-quality legal services, working closely with experienced solicitors and legal executives on a variety of matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration.
This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone looking to grow within a successful firm that values long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and probate forms
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Managing diaries, booking appointments, and file management
Liaising with clients, other professionals, and internal departments
Supporting fee earners with general administrative tasks
About You:
Previous experience in a legal assistant or administrative role (Private Client preferred but not essential)
Highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident handling sensitive information with empathy and professionalism
A team player who thrives in a supportive and client-focused environment
