Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), known for its modern facilities; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

The position is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
As part of the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work within the department management team on developing and testing key components that enhance power unit performance and competitiveness.
This position is available starting January 1, 2026.
Your Mission
* Support the ERS department head as an interface between development teams and workshop
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects (including monitoring)
* Help with budget planning for ERS projects
* Coordinate cross-departmental testing and deployment of ERS components
* Assist in planning assembly of components with responsible teams
* Contribute to optimizing development processes and methods
* Analyze technical data and prepare progress reports
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Your Profile
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
* Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, especially in project management or coordination
* Development experience with electric drive systems for motorsport or similar environment
* Strong organizational skills and team spirit
* Analytical mindset and structured working approach
* Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies with high commitment
* Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language
