I'm currently looking for an experienced Senior Network / Network Services Manager to join a global organisation on a 4-6 month contract, supporting a major SD-WAN and network modernisation initiative. Needing someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has led complex network transformation projects. What you'll do: * Own day-to-day network operations (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, firewall, wireless). * Lead and mentor the network team, providing guidance during major incidents. * Drive the SD-WAN migration and LAN modernisation project, ensuring operational readiness. * Manage vendors and third-party MSPs, holding them to SLAs and performance requirements. * Oversee patching, upgrades, and ensure best practice network security standards. * Work closely with IT leadership to prioritise technical debt and shape future network strategy. What we're looking for: * Strong background in global enterprise networking - WAN/LAN, MPLS, VPN, QoS. * Demonstrable experience leading SD-WAN rollout / migration projects (HPE SD-WAN exposure desirable). * Expertise across Cisco switching/routing (Nexus 3K/9K, BGP/OSPF/EIGRP), Palo Alto / Fortinet firewalls, and Aruba wireless. * Vendor and stakeholder management experience, able to translate technical issues into business language. * Comfortable working under pressure and managing heavy operational workloads.
