Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of an efficient, effective and strategic HR & OD service for the New Hospitals Programme.
* Develop and implement key HR & OD strategies, plans and procedures.
* Provide expert advice on complex HR and OD matters, ensuring timely, safe and productive outcomes.
* Drive continual improvement of policies, systems and processes in line with best practice and legislation.
* Partner with leaders to deliver plans covering talent, performance, resourcing, engagement and capability.
* Work autonomously, managing your own priorities and commitments.
* Lead the development of local workforce plans aligned to organisational objectives.
* Monitor progress, ensure accountability and oversee delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.
* Shape future processes, facilitate discussions and embed best practice across the organisation.
* Spend at least 40% of your time working in-person.
Secondments
