Job Introduction
We’re looking for a NurseCare Manager to join our leadership team at our new luxury care and nursing home in Enfield. You’ll oversee residential and nursing care, manage and develop a team of Care Supervisors and Assistants, and ensure our residents receive the outstanding care they deserve.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and supporting your care team, providing clear direction, mentoring, and performance management.

* Overseeing safe and effective medication management, audits, and GP liaison.
* Supporting clinical governance through audits, action plans, and regulatory compliance.
* Handling safeguarding, concerns, and complaints in a professional and compassionate manner.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the home to create a warm, positive, and person‑centred environment.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a qualified and registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration, who can bring both clinical expertise and proven leadership experience within elderly care or a similar environment.
You’ll be:
* A strong leader with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop teams.
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise, make decisions and stay calm under pressure.
* Compassionate and approachable, with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Knowledgeable in CQC requirements and compliance, with a good understanding of safe practice and quality standards.
* IT‑literate, confident in using care planning systems, and committed to continuous improvement.
