I’m currently working with a well-established and growing recruitment agency that’s adding two experienced consultants to their team. It’s a collaborative environment with strong leadership and a clear path for progression - ideal for someone who’s ready to grow within a supportive and ambitious team.

What we’re looking for:
At least 12 months' recruitment experience (sector flexible)
Longevity within a previous agency
A confident self-starter who’s commercially minded and target driven
Someone who values culture and is looking for long-term growth
