What you will do
* Conduct assessments to identify patients’ needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
* Facilitate therapeutic group activities and one-on-one sessions to support patients’ rehabilitation
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
* Advise and train family members and caregivers on home adaptations and ongoing care approaches
* Regularly review and document patients’ progress, adjusting care plans as necessary
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist
* Hold a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
* Possess recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably within the NHS
* Be registered with the HCPC
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
