Job Description
As a Software Developer, you will collaborate with a highly skilled team dedicated to the development, enhancement, and support of our cutting‑edge Sports Trading Platform.
Working within the Trading and Tools team, you will develop a diverse range of applications, including desktop solutions (WPF and WinForms) and backend services (.NET and Golang), as well as SQL Server stored procedures.
Your contribution will be essential to delivering real‑time data through our innovative trading platform, empowering the trading department to create, configure, and trade both sporting and non‑sporting events.
The role features a technology stack of C#.NET, SQL Server, and Golang, with in‑house training to support further skill development. This is a hardworking, delivery‑focused environment that presents exciting technical challenges across emerging markets worldwide.
This position is eligible for our hybrid working from home policy.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in commercial C# and MS SQL Server
* In‑depth knowledge of Windows applications and microservices architecture
* Experience with WPF (desirable)
* Knowledge or experience of Kafka
* Knowledge or experience of web or cloud technologies
* Experience using Git version control
* Experience with Linux
* Experience handling data from external providers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong team player with good problem‑solving abilities

* Develop and support highly efficient, robust, and quality code for applications and services
* Maintain clean coding practices
* Enhance and support existing trading functions
* Support Product Owners as needed
* Support the testing team during project phases
* Contribute to innovative solution proposals
