Hands-on coaching & impact: You’ll deliver sales coaching, training, and one-on-one performance development for our high-performing recruitment teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Running engaging, high impact at desk coaching sessions for recruitment consultants (both 1-1 and group).
* Delivering an industry leading onboarding and continuous development programme to those with less than a year’s experience (classroom & virtual to our Nottingham, London & NYC offices).
* Partnering with leadership to identify talent gaps & training needs.
* Championing a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
