One-to-One Teaching Assistant – Primary School (WS8)

Smile Education is working in partnership with a supportive and welcoming primary school in the WS8 area. We are looking to recruit a dedicated One-to-One Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil starting in September.
This is a full-time, long-term position. The pupil requires additional support with communication, cognition, and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support in and out of the classroom
* Help the pupil access learning activities and adapt resources as needed
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress
* Create a positive and encouraging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children with additional learning needs (desirable)
* Patient, caring, and supportive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Committed to helping children reach their potential
