About the Role We are looking for a reliable and flexible Supply Teacher to provide day-to-day cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. The successful candidate will work across year groups to deliver lessons, maintain classroom routines, and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lessons according to the class teacher’s plan
Support pupils’ learning, behaviour, and engagement
Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment
Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
Adapt to different year groups and learning needs as required
Work collaboratively with staff to ensure smooth transitions
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Confident managing classroom behaviour
Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach
Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
Desirable
Experience covering multiple year groups
Experience with pupils with SEND or additional learning needs
