The Role
Our Support Workers play a vital role in the lives of the people we support and their families. You will work within our Residential, Supported Living, and Domiciliary Care services, supporting individuals with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and/or challenging behaviours.
Your activities will be wide-ranging and tailored to the individual. You will be trained to offer person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being. Some services are complex, and you may work in challenging environments. You will promote independence and encourage engagement in the community, work on personal tasks, and support with personal care and medication needs. Everyone is unique, and we want you to find the best way to support each person, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and privacy.
Training
* If you lack previous care experience, training will be provided.
