Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant - Liverpool
Location: Liverpool
Salary: 28,000- 30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE 35,000- 42,000 Year 1)
Requirement: You must hold a full UK driving licence or have a driving test booked.

What You'll Do
* Source and interview candidates for education roles
* Market your candidates to schools across the North West
* Support your team in building and maintaining client relationships
* Work toward targets that reward hard work and consistency
Once established, you'll manage your own schools, negotiate contracts, and earn commission on every placement.
