My client is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Trainer & support consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you will travel to organisations, deliver training, providepliance guidance, and support clients through theirpliance audit and certification journey.If you enjoy working directly with clients, have strong organisational skills, and thrive in a role that blends training, consultancy, and on‑site support, we want to hear from you.

Your new role

Client Training & Support
1. Deliver engaging, clear training sessions to client teams on ISO systems and requirements.
2. Educate staff on how to operate and maintain their management systems effectively.
3. Provide ongoing support, answer client questions, and guide them through best practices.
Audit Preparation &pliance Support
4. Conduct on‑site visits to review client processes and documentation.
5. Perform gap analyses to identify areas needing improvement.
6. Support clients with internal audits, corrective actions, and readiness checks.
7. Prepare organisations for external certification audits by ensuring processes, evidence, and records are audit‑ready.
Management System Implementation
8. Assist with the creation and implementation of customised ISO management systems.
9. Help design processes, documentation, and ISO‑aligned policies.
10. Tailor systems to suit industry-specific requirements across various sectors.



What you'll need to succeed

11. Experience in training, coaching, auditing, orpliance is highly beneficial, although full training will be provided.
12. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills — confident working with people at all levels.
13. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client visits.
14. A proactive, supportive approach with strong attention to detail.
15. Full UK driving licence and access to a car required
