You will ideally have at least two years’ post qualification experience in the relevant areas of local government law, prosecutions, regulatory and general litigation and be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister.

Your Work Will Include
1. Representing the Council in criminal prosecutions and other proceedings in the Magistrates' Court, as well as proceedings involving the Council before the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
2. Attend Licensing committees as required and advising panel members.
