Your new role
As a Bank Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering flexible care and support to customers in Sevenoaks. This role is ideal for someone seeking adaptable working hours while still making a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with personal care, medication, and meal preparation
Supporting individuals with mobility and daily living tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Responding to emergency cover and short-notice shifts
You'll work across a variety of care packages, adapting to different customer needs and preferences, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
