Want to help the nation hear clearer than ever? Well, as an Audiology Practitioner at Specsavers, you can work alongside your partners and colleagues to help more customers with their hearing, faster. You will be trained in how to complete ear wax removal providing a vital service to our patients.
Location and team
Based out of our Telford store you will also support our Newport Shropshire store. We have a small but close knit team of 4 on the Audiology side of the business.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities are focused on audiology support and customer service, including:
* Assisting with ear wax removal and related audiology procedures
* Working with store colleagues to help more customers with their hearing needs
* Providing compassionate customer service and clear communication
Qualifications and expectations
* Good written and verbal English skills
* Keen interest in self-development and a desire to further your skills
* Ideally, fluency in the use of patient management systems (not mandatory)
