My client, a leading pensions firm, is recruiting for a Senior Pensions Administrator to manage a portfolio of defined benefit (DB) schemes and work at the forefront of the team in central Edinburgh. The role offers flexible working arrangements, including remote options.
The position is available due to increased business, and the successful candidate will be a key team member, managing their own set of DB/DC schemes. Essential experience includes technical knowledge of defined benefit/final salary pensions and defined contribution schemes, as well as some client management experience within pensions. Professional qualifications such as PMI are desirable but not essential.
You will work with clients managing a mixture of DB and DC pension schemes. A thorough understanding of cradle-to-grave pensions administration, scheme rules, current legislation, and project management is required. As your experience grows, some client-facing responsibilities will be involved.
