Overview
Candor Care is seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team in Coalville. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and effective communication with both customers and suppliers, while also providing key support to our sales team.
Responsibilities
* Act as a first point of contact for customers and suppliers
* Deliver a high level of customer care, handling enquiries with empathy and professionalism
* Provide administrative support to the wider team, including job creation and data entry
* Support our sales team with quotations, paperwork, and follow-ups
* Manage correspondence (phone, email, post) in a timely and efficient manner
* Assist with scheduling, office organisation, and general admin tasks
* Work collaboratively to maintain our reputation for outstanding service
About you
* Excellent and compassionate communicator - able to build rapport with customers, often in sensitive situations
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred, but not essential – the right attitude and personality are just as important
* Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software
* Team player with a proactive, can-do approach
