ICTalent Recruitment Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children on the autistic spectrum in a nurturing school environment in the Codsall and Wolverhampton area.
This part-time role (3 days per week) involves working closely with individual pupils, as well as supporting small group activities, to help children with autism thrive both academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to children with autism, helping them engage with the curriculum

Work with small groups to build social and communication skills
*
Implement tailored strategies and support plans
*
Collaborate closely with class teachers and SENCOs
*
Create a safe, supportive and structured learning environment
Requirements:

Experience working in a school setting is essential
*
Experience supporting children with ASD and additional needs
*
Calm, patient and empathetic approach
*
Ability to adapt to the individual needs of pupils
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
