Job Description
Part-Time Finance Assistant Responsibilities:
3. Assist with processing invoices, payments, and receipts in line with established procedures.
4. Support the reconciliation of accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
5. Maintain organised financial records and assist in data entry tasks.
6. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
7. Respond to internal and external queries related to financial transactions.
8. Contribute to the preparation of basic financial reports when required.
9. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
10. Assist with ad hoc duties as requested by the finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant (Part Time) should have:
11. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
12. Previous experience in a similar finance or administrative role.
13. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
14. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
15. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

16. Hourly rate of approximately £12.21-£14.40, depending on experience.
