We are a multi-disciplinary practice, providing expert advice across Valuation & Lease Advisory, Commercial Agency, Residential Agency, Land & Development, Building Surveying, Property Management, and New Homes. Over recent years, the firm has experienced significant growth beyond the North East and now operates across key UK locations including Leeds, Manchester, Carlisle, Birmingham, and beyond, with further expansion planned. About the role: We are seeking a proactive, detail-driven Administrator to join our busy and expanding Valuation Team in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a high-performing department, working closely with a highly skilled team of Chartered Surveyors and playing a vital role in the smooth running of valuation instructions. It is an opportunity to build a long-term career within a respected and forward-thinking firm, offering development, responsibility, and exposure to a wide range of interesting and varied projects. Key Responsibilities: Act as a first point of contact for clients, delivering a friendly, professional, and efficient service Coordinate property valuations, ensuring all required information is accurate, compliant, and up to date Undertake essential statutory and compliance checks as part of the valuation process Assist with the preparation of professional valuation reports and associated documentation Maintain accurate records of appointments, property details, and client information Liaise with clients, surveyors, and external stakeholders to arrange appointments and resolve queries Carry out data entry, database management, and reporting tasks Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required About You: Previous administrative experience, ideally within property, real estate, or professional services Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Confident written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Professional, approachable, and client-focused Proactive, adaptable, and keen to develop within a growing organisation
