Sales Engineer - Midlands
Join a world-leading cable management and tooling manufacturer with a UK production site and strong market reputation. This regional role covers the Midlands (DY, B, CV, NN, MK, LU), working with end users and electrical wholesale partners to drive demand and secure projects.
You'll sell cable glands, cable management solutions, and tooling into panel builders, M&E contractors, OEMs, and cable harness businesses, then pull sales back through distributors such as Edmundson and Rexel.
This is a proactive, field-based role with excellent internal support from marketing, inside sales, and product teams, alongside a collaborative UK sales network.
The company offers clear progression, with potential pathways into Key or National Accounts.
£45k basic + £12k bonus (OTE £18k) + car + benefits. Ideal candidates will have electrical B2B sales experience, understand distribution channels, and be driven to develop and succeed.
Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Have a B2B field sales track record in the electrical sector
Understanding of the sales process with distribution partners and end users
Ideally have a background selling to OEM's, Panel Builders, and Switchgear manufactures
Have an eagerness and willingness to learn & develop
Professional in approach
Lives on patch
Full & Clean Driving licence
