Administrator - Based in Kidderminster
Safeline Environmental is looking for a full-time Administrator to join our office team in Kidderminster. This is a key administrative role supporting our operations by coordinating asbestos removal projects with various stakeholder.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the management team to ensure daily administrative tasks are completed.
* Answer incoming calls professionally and direct enquiries appropriately.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and policyholders to schedule asbestos removal works.
* Prepare daily documentation for operatives (e.g., project info sheets, risk assessments, method statements).
* Check and collect all job-related paperwork and photographic records from operatives.
* Schedule asbestos sampling appointments and issue necessary paperwork.
* Maintain and update our claims management systems.
* Monitor and help achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance (KPIs).
* Manage projects from instruction through to completion.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients.
* Carry out general office duties such as scanning, filing, and document handling.
