Brighton (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office – non-negotiable)
I’m looking for a Head of E-commerce to join a scaling British born fashion brand with a global customer base and a very loyal community.
This is the senior commercial lead for online. You’ll own digital trading performance end-to-end - revenue growth, margin, conversion, retention/LTV - across website/app.

* Global scope with US as the biggest market (around 40%), followed by the UK and EU

What you’ll be doing
* Owning ecommerce trading and commercial performance, including trading plans, forecasting and delivery
* Driving conversion, AOV, retention and LTV through clear priorities and ongoing optimisation
* Owning the performance engine across CRM, SEO and paid channels (working with agencies)
* Owning the ecommerce platform roadmap (Shopify) and overall site/app performance
* Owning reporting, insight and performance updates to senior stakeholders
* Leading and developing the ecommerce team with clear direction and accountability
What we’re looking for
* 8+ years in ecommerce, with clear ownership of trading and commercial performance
* Strong commercial and analytical skills, including ecommerce P&L ownership
* Confident running performance through data and clearly explaining the “why”
* Strong Shopify experience
* Comfortable in a fast-moving, creative, founder-led environment
* Fashion / lifestyle / DTC experience, with the ability to really understand a niche, loyal customer base
* International growth experience is a plus
