In a Nutshell We are actively seeking a Chef from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie level to join our team to support over the busy festive period. Working as part of a brigade of chefs, your main duties will be to assist in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and ensuring that the designated Kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the Hotel. Main Responsibilities Lots to do but lots of fun You will rotate through the different sections of the kitchen and support and assist the senior chefs in bringing the recipes to life. The Ideal Candidate Are you right for us? NVQ in Food Preparation and a great passion for cooking and food. Confident communicator – important to liaise with other team members both front and back of house. Ability to manage your own time. Knowledge of COSHH guidelines to carry out your role safely.
