What you will do:
* Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to determine their needs and develop appropriate plans.
* Provide guidance and support through Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Child Plans.
* Engage in both Public and Private Law proceedings, ensuring a comprehensive approach to safeguarding.
* Work collaboratively with the locality-based team to achieve step-down or permanence solutions.
* Maintain regular communication with families and professionals involved in the child’s care.
