ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Contracts Manager your role is central to ensuring that construction projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations. You act as the bridge between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and legal/finance departments. You will be responsible for:
1. Contract Review and Negotiation
2. Contract Administration
3. Commercial Oversight
4. Risk Management
5. Subcontractor and Supplier Management
6. Stakeholder Coordination
7. Documentation and Reporting
REQUIREMENTS
8. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
9. Typically 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction project management or contract administration.
10. Driving License
