Overview

Complete Healthcare is a comprehensive, private practice with 8 locations specializing in Addiction Medicine, Primary Care, and Gynecology. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Medical Director to join our expanding team.

The Medical Director, in collaboration with Mid-Level Providers, functions as an essential member of the treatment team to deliver direct patient care and ensure that all medical services comply with internal and external standards established by regulatory agencies.


Responsibilities

* Join Complete Healthcare as the Medical Director of one of our Opioid Treatment Programs, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping addiction treatment strategies and collaborate with a dedicated team to contribute to evidence-based practices in a patient-centric environment.
* As the Opioid Treatment Program Medical Director, evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorders in an outpatient setting, including medication induction and dosing determinations, ensuring tailored treatment plans for each individual. Provide primary care services as needed to foster a holistic approach to patient health.
* Maintain complete and timely documentation within patient medical records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with all applicable Opioid Treatment Program laws and regulations.
* Lead a dedicated team while contributing to quality of care and reinforcing a commitment to customer-centric healthcare.
* Adhere to policies, procedures, confidentiality regulations, and ongoing quality improvement objectives to ensure a safe and effective treatment environment, emphasizing safety, environmental standards, and infection control.


Qualifications

* Candidates must be a Licensed Physician in the state of Ohio, possess a Current Board Certification in Addiction Medicine, and hold a current Ohio DEA Registration.
* Knowledge of Opioid Treatment Program laws and regulations consistent with The United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OMHAS), and The State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
* Ability to analyze reports, test results, medical records, and examinations to accurately diagnose patients and advise necessary treatment options.
* Ability to prescribe medications and identify treatment regimens for identified and documented medical conditions with knowledge of medications and potential side effects.
* Adherence to policies, procedures, confidentiality regulations, ongoing quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
