Domestic Electrician needed in Durham, £15.95ph PAYE - Reference: 450580 Part Time Electrician required averaged at 19.5 hours per week as per shift pattern already in place. Test and inspect electrical installations in domestic properties in accordance with the 17th IEE wiring regulations as amended from time to time (“the regulations). Maintain and repair electrical installations in accordance with the Regulations. Replace circuits and consumer units indulging the full rewiring of properties. Comply with Company Health and Safety Policy, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and other statutory legislation Strict adherence to Company Health and Safety and operational policies Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Coordination-ordination Team. Delivery of electrical repairs and testing in both occupied and void properties To undertake out of hours callout duties as per rota requirements This is a Part time role on a temporary contract basis.
