We are seeking a passionate and committed KS3 Teacher to join our dynamic team.

The Role

We are looking for a talented KS3 Teacher who is eager to make a positive difference in the lives of our students. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across the Key Stage 3 curriculum, while also incorporating elements of the primary curriculum where needed. You will work closely with students who have a variety of SEMH challenges, and you will need to create an inclusive learning environment that caters to diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities


* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across the KS3 and primary curriculum.
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the specific needs of students.
* Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
* Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to support emotional and academic growth.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to encourage improvement.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including SENCOs and therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to student wellbeing.
* Contribute to a positive school culture that promotes inclusion and celebrates diversity.

What We Are Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience in teaching KS3, preferably with a background in SEMH contexts.
* Knowledge of the primary curriculum is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students who may have experienced trauma or difficulties.
* A compassionate and patient approach, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
* Ability to develop creative and engaging teaching strategies tailored to individual learning needs.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches.
