The Role:
We're looking for a confident, competent, and reliable Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy, high-performing venue. You'll be a hands-on leader, bringing energy and structure to the operation, with strong skills in cash handling, stock control, and team support.
You must be ready to hit the ground running and demonstrate a solid understanding of operational standards — particularly in banking, stock, and venue procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the General Manager in leading a motivated, high-performing team
* Set the tone for a positive, can-do atmosphere across the venue
* Take responsibility for cash handling, banking, and stock management
* Deliver brilliant customer service through consistent presence on shift
* Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times
* Drive commercial performance through operational efficiency and team support
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in a management or senior supervisory role in hospitality, leisure, or retail
* A confident leader who's reliable, well-organised, and leads by example
* Fully comfortable managing stock, cash, and end-of-day procedures
* Personal licence holder preferred (or willing to work towards it)
* Strong communicator who works well under pressure
