The Role
* Creating, reviewing, and embedding safety procedures
* Delivering engaging safety training for staff
* Investigating incidents and producing thorough reports
* Working collaboratively with management teams to ensure safe, compliant practices at all times
What We Are Looking For
* At least 3 years recent experience within a health and safety position
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
* COSHH: trained
* Strong background in carrying out fire risk assessments
* Able to confidently advise leaders, conduct investigations, and deliver training
* Solid knowledge of creating, reviewing, and implementing health and safety policies
* Up‑to‑date understanding of UK health and safety legislation
