About the Role:
As Service Manager, you’ll lead from the front — inspiring a dedicated team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. Your leadership will shape everything from quality care outcomes and compliance to team development and financial performance.
You’ll:
Provide clear direction, supervision, and motivation to your team.
Ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant care.
Champion a culture of dignity, independence, and empowerment.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance across the team.
Hold CQC registration for the service.

Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a confident leader with a strong track record in the care sector. You’ll bring a mix of compassion, professionalism, and strategic thinking — with the drive to make a genuine impact.
You’ll need:
A recognised nursing or social care qualification (and relevant registration).
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it).
Experience leading care teams or services.
Excellent safeguarding knowledge.
Strong budget management and organisational skills.
Fantastic people skills — with a warm, supportive leadership style.
Experience across departments such as therapy, transport, catering, and maintenance (bonus!).
