What Were Looking For:
Proficient in MIG welding (TIG experience a bonus!)
Fully time-served or qualified (weld test at interview)
Skilled in working with various material thicknesses
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Flexible to support additional duties as needed
Shift Options (Set Shift - No Rotation):
Night Shifts
Monday to Thursday
16:30-05:00
Pay & Overtime Rates:
Basic Pay: £38,452.00 p/a
Weekday OT: Time + 1/3
Saturday OT: Time + 1/2
Sunday OT: Double time

Early finish every Friday
31 days holiday (including stats + Christmas shutdown)
Up to £60 monthly attendance bonus
