Location: St Ives Bay Beach Resort, Hayle, Cornwall

Hours: 40 hours per week; some weekends required

Salary: OTE of up to £60,000.

Contract: Permanent full-time contract

What we need in a nutshell

We are looking for an experienced Holiday Home Sales Advisor to support our beautiful St Ives Bay Beach Resort. The ideal Holiday Home Sales Advisor is results driven and personable. You will be offering people the opportunity for Holiday Home Ownership and showcasing our Holiday Homes to potential buyers. You will take ownership of all aspects of Holiday Home Sales. Due to the nature and duties of the role a driving licence is required.


What You Will Be Doing

* Interact and build relationships with potential purchasers, giving them insights needed to make informed decisions.
* Seek out and create opportunities to talk to potential holiday homeowners, guiding them through all aspects of holiday home ownership.
* Set, exceed, and exceed stretching sales targets, serving as a role model to more junior team members.
* Tour potential owners around the beautiful environment, including sand dunes, sea views, plots, and onsite facilities. This role includes working weekends and bank holidays.


Skills, Experience, And Qualities You’ll Need

* People person with the ability to build long‑term relationships and make customers feel special, either on the phone or face‑to‑face.
* Excellent listening and communication skills.
* Multi‑tasking is second nature; can stay calm and approachable during busy moments.
* Positive, can‑do attitude with a passion for a performance‑driven environment and making real impact.
* Values align with our Holiday Heroes mantra of Attentive Amazing Lovers.
* Previous experience in selling holiday homes or similar high‑value products.
* Demonstrated success in outbound sales calls to engage potential customers and secure appointments.
* Strong background in a target‑driven sales environment, focused on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

What we pay you

OTE of up to £60,000, strong commissions for every sale concluded, and performance‑related bonus.
