In this role you will be managing a full and varied caseload Commercial Property matters including but not limited; acquisitions and disposals, agreements for lease and pre-lets, property finance, development and much more. As well as managing a busy caseload, you will also be required to participate in the firm's marketing activities. The successful candidate should be at least 2 years' PQE with experience of handling a broad range Commercial Property matters, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications or candidates who fall outside if this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.
