Business Development Manager
Introduction:
F&I Group has an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a Business Development Manager. This role will focus on building and strengthening relationships with our existing, new, and former partners to drive continued growth and collaboration across all areas of the Group.
About the Role:
The successful candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate a combination of qualities including:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, account management, or sales (required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders
* Excellent organisational and negotiation abilities
* A proactive and strategic approach to identifying opportunities and delivering results
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a wider team
* Full, clean driving licence (as travel may be required to meet clients and partners)
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the role will include all aspects of business development and relationship management, including:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing, new, and former partners
* Identifying opportunities to strengthen collaboration and generate new business across the F&I Group companies
* Attending meetings, networking events, and site visits to represent the Group professionally and effectively
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure partner needs are understood and met
* Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategy
* Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for senior management
