Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the planning, production and delivery of ENLab, an innovative, borough-wide Heritage Education project that brings Enfield’ s built, industrial and natural heritage to life for primary schools and families.
Key Information
* Role: Project Manager – ENLab Heritage Education Project
* Contract: fixed‑term up to 16 months (part‑time)
* Hours: 29 hours per week, flexible Monday‑Friday (full‑time pro‑rata salary £31,363 pa)
* Salary: full‑time range £40,182 – £42,060, SO 2
* Location: Forty Hall, Enfield

Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, production and delivery of ENLab, coordinating with partners such as the Museum of Enfield, Forty Hall Estate, RSA Trust, Enfield Archaeological Society, Enfield Society and Whitewebbs Transport Museum.
* Develop curriculum‑linked resource packs, run engaging Heritage Clubs and organise a celebratory Heritage Festival for families.
* Oversee project milestones, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality are met.
* Line‑manage two new positions: Enlab Education Officer and EnLab Volunteer Supervisor.
* Engage schools, community groups and partner organisations, fostering collaborative relationships.
* Be prepared to work on weekends and in the evenings when necessary.
Qualifications
* Strong track record delivering heritage or museum‑based projects.
* Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Experience working with schools, community groups and partner organisations.
* Ability to line‑manage staff and inspire a high‑performing team.
