We are recruiting for a Full-time Support Worker based at our Community Support Services in Oxford.
About us
Our Community Support Service is for adults with learning disabilities, aging health needs, physical disabilities, dementia, or mental health needs. We provide daytime services where individuals can enjoy socialising, have fun, and retain their independence.
About the role
You will support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, aging needs, and dementia. This frontline role involves providing meaningful activities, medication support, personal care, food and drink preparation, and more.

About you
You should be kind, reliable, organized, and caring. Ability to work independently and support people's growth is essential. A driver’s license and willingness to drive minibuses are required. Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
