Job Description
As a Client Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our well-known clients, delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include resolving queries, managing stock and orders for allocated clients, and communicating with internal departments to find the best solutions for incoming queries.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Salary: £25,525 per annum
Working hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, 06:00-18:00
Key Duties
* Ensure the timely and accurate receipt of sales orders, making them available to the warehouse within agreed timeframes.
* Follow up on missing or outstanding orders with clients, confirming receipt or non-receipt.
* Manage duplicate receipt of orders, confirming with clients whether to process or cancel.
* Oversee inventory management and quality control, including stock rotation and quarantine procedures.
* Handle client interactions face-to-face, by phone, or email, ensuring queries are managed professionally and promptly.
* Provide high-quality service to ensure a positive client experience and retention.
* Manage a portfolio of clients daily.
