Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Company: Delkia

Location: Haydock Industrial Park (Haydock), with visits to Cumbria; up to two days remote per week.

Attendance: Full-time onsite, with visits to our site in Cumbria, and the opportunity to work up to two days a week from home.

Job type: Permanent / Full time – either across four or five days.

Responsibilities

* Campaign Creation
o Create compelling campaigns to promote Delkia products and services to two key sectors. This includes creating:
+ Collateral
+ Digital marketing campaigns
+ High‑quality, engaging written content tailored for blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and press releases.
o Report on campaign success.
* Internal and External Communications
o Craft compelling brand stories and messages to communicate our mission and values, ensuring all content aligns with our tone of voice and brand guidelines.
o Support internal communications initiatives by creating newsletters, announcements, and updates.
o Support the planning, scheduling, and management of external communications across platforms.
o Monitor social media trends and engagement, responding to comments and messages promptly.
* Website Development and Management
o Work with the team to ensure the website reflects our latest news, events, and campaigns.
o Update our website and internal SharePoint sites; create new pages and content as required.
* Competitor Research
o Learn about our core market sectors, conduct competitor research, and work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the marketing materials they need to support their activities.


Qualifications

* Experience: Demonstrable experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
* Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a flair for storytelling and tailoring content for different audiences.
* Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
* Creativity: Passion for creating innovative and impactful content, with the ability to design and produce social media posts using tools such as Canva.
* Organisation: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
* Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure high‑quality content.
* Tech‑Savviness: Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., Wix) and basic graphic design tools (Canva) is a plus.
* Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other relevant qualification(s).

* Membership in CIM or CIPR.
