People Business Partner – Maria Mallaband Care Group

Join our Head Office as a People Business Partner responsible for providing advice, support and guidance to leadership on all People related matters, balancing strategic and operational work. This part‑time role provides 20 hours per week that can be split across 4–5 days.


Key Tasks

* Provide advice, support and guidance on all people related matters in line with company policies.
* Contribute to the development of the Company’s People Plan, driving its implementation across the Head Office function.
* Be an ambassador for driving cultural change, engagement and retention initiatives, and the Company’s purpose, pillars and values.
* Work in partnership with the ER Team to resolve all Employee Relations activities while mitigating business risks.
* Identify internal and external trends, monitor people metrics and best practice, to influence business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
* Work with the wider HR teams on local succession and talent plans, agreeing actions to support implementation.


About You

* Relevant experience within a generalist HR/People position driving change across an assigned business area.
* CIPD qualified or qualified by experience.
* Proven application of current Employment Law practices.
* Demonstrable experience supporting complex ER issues.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and advise on cultural change.
* Understanding of requirements of working within a regulated environment.
* Experience delivering training and people related projects.
